Featuring
Elizabeth Marsh, Dan Flynn and Mark Breiner

Directed by Rody Gilkeson

It will be “loverly” when the Pennsylvania Playhouse brings this jewel of the musical theater back to our stage! Henry Higgins, an opinionated linguistics professor and confirmed bachelor, makes a wager with a colleague that within six months he can transform a cockney flower seller, Eliza Doolittle, into a lady who can take her place in high society. He wins the bet, but doesn't bargain for the profound effect she has on his life. Based on George Bernard Shaw’s Pygmalion, this Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe musical is brimming with great songs, including “I Could Have Danced All Night”, “The Rain in Spain”, “Wouldn't It Be Loverly” and “Get Me to the Church on Time”.
